5 Steps for Consistenly Crushing Goals

There’s only two types of people that are looking to reach their goals. THE SCOFFER – you’ve probably read fifty of these posts and watched a countless amount of Youtube videos searching for that one trick that’s going to help you accomplish your goals. THE OPTIMIST – you’re receptive. You too, have absorbed your fair share of content, but you aren’t searching for one thing. You’re taking notes, collecting data, rummaging through the ruff in search of diamonds. In order for advice of any kind to work, whether it’s from this post or your neighbor, you have to be the optimist here. I know, *insert eye roll*, but I’m serious. You can’t look for advice and then come up with 3 different reasons why the advice won’t work. You have to take the advice, apply the advice, and then apply the advice again before coming up with a verdict. So let me clarify something: you can be the optimist and still not be completely confident in the advice.
